I am Sudha, a Reiki Grand Master with over 15 years of experience in distance healing and teaching. Alongside Reiki, I also practice Tarot, Numerology, and am a certified naturopath, integrating these practices into my client consultations.

My journey began in New Delhi, where I grew up, but my heart always yearned for the mountains. Five years ago, I fulfilled this dream by relocating to the Nainital district, a decision for which I am deeply grateful.

My path to Reiki started unexpectedly when I was 32 years old. I was struggling with frequent illnesses and other life challenges. It was during this period that a physiotherapist introduced me to Reiki. Despite being skeptical, I was astonished by the profound impact of distance healing sessions, particularly on my sleep quality. The effectiveness of Reiki, working without physical medicine and from afar, seemed like magic to me.

Curious and eager to understand this phenomenon, I delved into learning Reiki. I began my studies in Delhi and completed a comprehensive six-month course. The experience was transformative. Motivated by the healing power of Reiki, I penned a book detailing my syllabus and insights, which led to the establishment of the “Sudha Reiki Foundation.”

Over the years, my commitment to Reiki has only deepened. I am dedicated to making Reiki accessible to those in need and helping individuals find relief from mental, physical, and emotional distress. My journey from a skeptical patient to a Reiki Grand Master has been a testament to the profound healing potential of this ancient practice. Each day, I am inspired and blessed to share this gift with others, helping them experience the same peace and transformation that Reiki brought into my life.
